Shipping policy

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne via Australia Post with tracking provided for every order.

Shipping rates are:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 AUD (2–7 business days)

• Express Shipping: $15 AUD (1–3 business days)

• Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD

Shipping costs are a flat rate per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We take care to package all orders securely and use sustainable packaging wherever possible.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. Market 755 is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, however we are happy to assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post if required.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

If you elect for the item to be left in a safe place Market 755 cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result.
