Refund policy

Market 755 is a vintage and second-hand clothing store. All items are pre-loved or deadstock and may show signs of wear consistent with their age. Please read descriptions, measurements and photos carefully before purchasing.

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

• Not as described

• Incorrect item sent

• Has a major fault that was not disclosed in the listing (for example: broken zip, torn seam, waistband detached)

If your item meets the above criteria, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange return postage at our cost and issue a full refund once the item is received back in its original condition.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect fit or sizing

• Minor wear and tear consistent with vintage or pre-loved items

• Items lost in transit

• Damage occurring after delivery

All measurements are provided in item descriptions (especially for skirts and pants), and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check sizing before purchase. Where possible, any flaws or imperfections are noted in the listing and shown in images.
